Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests, actively promote Life Time, assist with the buying experience and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals.

As a leader on the Concierge Team, you will educate members about programs, handle inquiries, assist with account maintenance, and help enroll new Personal Training clients while driving sales.

Qualifications

• Candidate must multitask with high-quality customer service and strong communication.
• Ability to stand for extended periods; friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in and greet members and guests.
• Handle incoming calls and provide prompt responses.
• Educate members about programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist with account maintenance, payments, and transactions.
• Promote Personal Training and enroll new clients.
• Assist with membership cancellations and retention options.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve issues.
• Communicate brand-aligned messages via email or phone.
