Job summary

Life Time Inc. seeks a Membership Concierge III to deliver high-quality customer service, promote Life Time to prospective members, and assist with the buying experience to support club acquisition and retention goals.

As a leader on the Concierge Team, you will educate members on programs, process payments, and help maintain memberships while modeling service-driven behaviors for a positive, value-based member experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Fitness industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests.
• Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Build relationships with members and guests, delivering top-tier service.
• Assist with account maintenance and processing member transactions.
• Support retention efforts and advise on membership options.
• Promote amenities and programs to prospective members.
• Communicate with members via email or phone per brand standards.
• Complete club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation.
