Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver exceptional service to members and guests, promote Life Time offerings, and support club acquisition and retention goals. You will lead the Concierge Team, educate on programs, and help create value-based relationships that enhance loyalty.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive service, and accurate account assistance, with a structured path for certifications and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
