Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge III to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests at our Boca Raton club. You will actively promote Life Time, assist with the buying experience, and support retention goals through proactive relationship building.

You will lead on the Concierge Team, model service behaviors, handle member inquiries, process payments, and contribute to a friendly, healthy environment that motivates members to achieve their wellness goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Membership Sales Certification due within 60 days of hire.
• Retention Specialist Certification due within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Educate members on programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Build relationships with members and guests to create high-quality service experiences.
• Assist members with account maintenance and payments for programs, services, and products.
• Support retention efforts by presenting options to members requesting to cancel.
• Engage in service recovery to address questions and concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Customize the buying experience by highlighting amenities aligned to interests.
• Communicate with members via email or phone in line with brand standards.
• Complete administrative duties, club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation.
