As a leader on The Concierge Team, you will educate on programs, pricing, and policies, tailor experiences to member interests, and cultivate value-based relationships that strengthen brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests.
• Handle incoming calls from members and guests.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Build relationships with members, delivering top-tier service experiences.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes and transactions, including payments.
