• Facilitate check-in for members and guests.

• Assist with account maintenance and transactions.
• Support retention by offering options to cancel memberships.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve questions.
• Promote Personal Training enrollment.
• Communicate with members and prospects via email or phone.
