Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge III-PT to deliver premium service to members and guests while actively promoting Life Time to prospective members.

You will assist with the buying experience, contribute to club acquisition and retention goals, and serve as a leader on The Concierge Team with a focus on value-based relationships. You will educate members on programming, events, pricing, and policies, while driving Personal Training sales and commissions, and ensuring smooth

Responsabilités

• Facilitate check-in for members and guests to start visits smoothly.
• Handle and route incoming calls to provide prompt responses.
• Educate members about programs, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships with members to foster loyalty and retention.
• Assist with account maintenance, changes, and transactions.
• Support retention efforts by offering options to members considering cancellation.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve inquiries and concerns.
• Promote amenities and programs aligned to members' interests to drive sign-ups.
• Connect new members with Personal Training services and assist enrollment.
• Communicate with members via email or phone consistent with brand messaging.
