Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Champlin, MN seeks a Membership Concierge III to deliver the highest quality member service, actively promote Life Time to prospective members, assist with the buying experience, and contribute to club acquisition and retention goals.

This role leads the Concierge Team, shares expertise, and models service behaviors that build value-based relationships and loyalty. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service and 1 year of sales experience, with the Membership

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
• Completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in process for members and guests entering club.
• Monitors, handles, and delegates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests on programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Proactively builds relationships with members and guests, creating over the top service experiences.
• Assist members with account maintenance, changes and transactions including payments.
• Support retention by assisting members requesting to cancel and presenting best options.
• Engage in service recovery to resolve questions and concerns.
• Customize buying experience for prospective members by highlighting amenities and programs.
• Communicate with members and prospects via email or phone in line with brand timing and tone.
• Complete administrative duties, club paperwork and cash drawer reconciliation.
