Responsibilities

• Prepare, order, and verify cash deliveries and shipments.
• Train MSRs in CXone and mentorship of staff.
• Assist in supervising the MSR area and ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Balance vaults, ATMs, cash dispensers, and coin sorters daily.
• Coordinate daily deposits and respond to member requests across channels.
