NCSECU is seeking a Senior Member Services Representative to apply broad branch operational knowledge and mentor less experienced staff. You will train MSRs, oversee daily cash handling, and ensure accurate processing across all service channels.

You will balance vaults, ATMs, and mobile deposits while maintaining strict adherence to Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential to keep members informed and satisfied.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Prepare, order, and verify cash deliveries and shipments.
• Resolve member issues across all channels using critical thinking.
• Oversee and train MSRs in branch operations and CXone usage.
• Balance the vault, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, coin sorter, and mobile deposits as directed.
• Ensure compliance with Credit Union policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with community events and promote Credit Union initiatives.
