SECU is seeking a Senior Member Services Representative to manage branch operations, assist in training staff, and mentor teammates. The role requires broad MSR knowledge, ability to train others, and a commitment to accurate cash handling and member satisfaction.

You will oversee daily procedures, ensure compliance, and support various service channels, including in-person, phone, and digital, while promoting SECU products and events.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, CCUE Certification, or AA/AS via NC-CTP.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, order, and verify cash delivery and shipments.
• Resolve member issues across all delivery channels with critical thinking to ensure a positive branch experience.
• Balance the vault, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter; oversee cash handling processes.
• Train MSRs and mentor less experienced staff.
• Assist in training other employees in MSR duties and CXone.
• Educate members on SECU products and services and provide quality referrals.
• Obtain and execute Notary Public services as requested by management.
