Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, order, and verify cash delivery and shipments.
• Resolve member issues across all service channels with professional and courteous conduct.
• Train MSRs and act as a mentor to less experienced staff.
• Balance the vault, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter.
• Assist with community events and member appreciation activities.
