Qualifications

• Ability to balance cash drawers and perform teller duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, order, and verify cash deliveries.
• Train MSRs in CXone and assist MSS as requested.
• Balance vault, ATMs, cash dispenser, and coin sorter.
• Investigate member complaints and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote credit union events and community engagement.
