Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years year of prior experience in a banker role or customer relationship building role preferred.
• 1+ year as a Member Service Specialist II or teller role at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and related ledger entries with accurate cash drawer.
• Identify member needs and suggest Golden 1 products; document in EnAct.
• Audit loan reports and provide coaching as needed to avoid future errors.
• Maintain knowledge of all Golden 1 products and compliance requirements.
