Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union in Elk Grove, CA seeks a Member Service Specialist IV to deliver exceptional member service and handle a wide range of branch transactions. This non-exempt role reports to the Branch Manager and requires accuracy in cash handling and knowledge of products and services.

You’ll engage with members to identify financial needs, open accounts, process loans, and support branch operations while coaching others and ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a leadership role at another financial institution preferred.
• 1.5+ year in a Member Service Specialist III role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and audits financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments with accurate cash handling.
• Provides Golden 1 services to member, including cashier’s checks, money orders, and debit card issuance.
• Assesses members needs while processing transactions and identifies opportunities for product solutions.
• Documents referrals and member interactions in EnAct system.
