Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a banker role or customer relationship role preferred.
• 1+ years as MSS II or teller role at Golden 1 or another financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer.
• Provide Golden 1 services to members including cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers and debit card issuance.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities in EnAct system.
• Mentor MSSI/MSSII; develop coaching and leadership skills.
