SkyPoint Federal Credit Union in Maryland seeks a dedicated Member Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service, open memberships, and maintain accounts while growing member relationships. You will educate members on products, resolve inquiries, and provide support for online and mobile banking, with occasional branch float to assist other locations.

• Open new memberships and maintain accounts including IRAs and business accounts.
• Educate members on financial matters and available products/services offered.
• Research and resolve member inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist with online, mobile & telephone banking support.
• Float to support other branches
