Banner Health seeks a Senior BPN Member Experience Advisor to liaise between Banner Plans & Networks and provider practices, lead monthly meetings, analyze performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and present findings to providers, staff, and other stakeholders in virtual sessions.

This remote role requires Colorado residency (Northern Colorado preferred), Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; a Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare and five years of relevant experience; strong

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Five years’ relevant experience in healthcare operations or customer experience.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication; ability to interact with diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Develop relationships with stakeholders and influence internal and external teams to promote a customer-centric culture.
• Utilize CX data and process-improvement methods to identify opportunities and drive action with data-driven results.
• Standardize tools and processes to ensure consistent use and mitigation of risk in program implementation.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert for CX best practices and clearly communicate commitments and requirements.
