Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Five years' relevant experience in healthcare operations or customer experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with standard office software and diverse environments.
