Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Senior Member Experience Advisor for Banner Plans & Networks (BPN). This remote role requires Colorado residency and offers Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm hours.

You will lead monthly meetings, analyze data across providers and members, and drive improvement initiatives with practice staff and stakeholders. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Five years’ relevant experience in healthcare operations or customer experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly meetings with Banner Plans & Networks to review performance metrics.
• Analyze provider practice and member data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop action plans and educate stakeholders to improve member experience.
• Partner with internal/external teams to implement improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes.
