Banner Health is seeking a Senior Member Experience Advisor to liaise between Banner Plans & Networks and provider practices, leading monthly meetings to review performance metrics and develop action plans that enhance the member experience.

This remote opportunity requires residency in Colorado, with an ideal candidate in Northern Colorado. You will analyze data, identify trends, present findings, and drive improvement initiatives across provider and staff touchpoints.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Five years’ relevant experience in process improvement, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains a customer-centric culture by building relationships with stakeholders.
