BECU in the United States is seeking a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform data from across the organization into actionable insights that improve the member journey. You will work with leaders and analytics partners to build the framework and intelligence guiding member experience decisions.

Remote-friendly role with potential on-site engagement; candidates across multiple states may participate in a remote or hybrid setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (SQL, R, Python, or similar); experience with workflow and analytics tools such as Alteryx or Power Automate or something similar is required.

Responsabilidades

• Transform Data into Actionable Insights: analyze member feedback, journey analytics, sentiment data, behavioral trends, and operational metrics to uncover meaningful insights.
• Identify Member Friction Points: connect data from multiple sources to identify patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build Predictive & Analytical Models: develop predictive, correlation, forecasting, and prioritization models.
• Leverage Sentiment & Text Analytics: analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify themes and risks across the member journey.
• Develop Experience Measurement Frameworks: create and refine member experience metrics, scorecards, and indicators.
• Manage Data & Survey Operations: integrate and manage data from multiple systems with governance, security, and scalability in mind.
• Support Survey Automation & Platform Administration: configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize survey programs and data flows.
• Create Meaningful Dashboards & Reporting: develop dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
• Translate Analytics into Compelling Stories: prepare executive-ready findings and recommendations.
• Partner Across the Organization: collaborate with various stakeholders to align insights with business goals.
• Help Shape Voice of Member: build and mature the program with new listening capabilities and measurement practices.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: promote data literacy and support strategic initiatives.
