Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Houston seeks a seasoned Partner Specialist/Senior Member Champion to expertly guide members in accounts, loans and referrals across service lines. You will support colleagues with complex issues, coach staff, and ensure a high-quality banking experience.

You will open, close and service consumer loans and accounts, follow REAL service standards, and connect members to the right experts. A strong sales and service background is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum is a high school diploma or equivalent; additional training preferred.
At least 3-5 years in member service, banking, new accounts and lending.
Proven sales ability with track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

Engage potential members and deepen existing relationships.
Open, close and service member accounts and loans, including complex transactions.
Provide world class REAL service and resolve member issues promptly.
Mentor and train other Member Specialists in playbook tools and processes.
Collaborate with other lines of business to offer a full suite of solutions.
Maintain knowledge of products and services and promote digital tools.
