Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union in Houston is seeking a Partner Specialist to act as a member-center expert in accounts, loans and referrals across product lines. You will support and coach colleagues while delivering exceptional REAL service in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in member service or lending, strong communication skills, and the ability to open and manage complex accounts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Member Service, banking, new accounts and lending.
• Progressive experience and a track record of meeting sales goals.
• Supervisory experience in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Establish member relationships; conduct prospecting and outbound calls.
• Open, close, and service complex deposit accounts and consumer loans.
• Handle escalations and complex transactions (IRAs, advanced loan types).
• Mentor and develop new Member Specialists; partner with other lines of business.
• Ensure excellent member experience in both drive-thru and lobby environments.
