Job summary

BECU is seeking a Senior Member Experience Analyst to transform diverse data into meaningful insights that guide member experience initiatives. You will work with leaders and analytics partners to build a framework, tools, and intelligence for action across the member journey.

You’ll analyze feedback, journey analytics, and operational metrics to identify friction points and drive improvements, while collaborating with product, operations, and data teams to mature the Voice of Member program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, and experimental design is preferred.
• Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, Voice of Member, or journey analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Transform data from multiple sources into actionable, executive-ready insights.
• Identify friction points in the member journey and prioritize improvements.
• Build predictive, correlation, forecasting, and prioritization models.
• Leverage sentiment and text analytics to uncover themes and risks.
• Develop measurement frameworks, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Manage data and survey operations with governance and security.
• Support survey automation, platform administration, and data flows.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
• Translate analytics into narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align insights with business goals.
• Help shape Voice of Member program and expand measurement practices.
