Job summary

BECU in the United States is building a growing Voice of Member program and seeks a Senior Member Experience Analyst to translate member feedback into actionable insights that improve the journey across touchpoints.

You’ll partner with Product, Operations, Data Engineering and BI to develop dashboards, predictive models, and measurement frameworks, shaping decisions that elevate member experience in a remote/onsite hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business analytics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python; experience with Alteryx or Power Automate is required.

Responsibilities

• Transform Data into Actionable Insights: analyze feedback and metrics to uncover insights that improve the member experience.
• Identify friction points and opportunities to improve member journeys across touchpoints.
• Develop predictive, correlational, and forecasting models to anticipate member behavior and outcomes.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decisions.
