Job summary

MCI Group in Washington is seeking a Senior Coordinator for Membership and Communities to support member engagement, chapters, committees and volunteer leaders while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will manage AMS tasks, respond to member inquiries by phone and email, assist with monthly reporting, coordinate chapter activities and support the annual meeting logistics and online community platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer/member service even in difficult situations.
• Applicant must be extremely organized, diligent and able to multi-task with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership transactions in the AMS database including dues and registrations.
• Provide high-quality member services and engagement via phone and email.
• Support membership campaigns including recruitment, retention and recognition.
• Assist with monthly reports and account updates for supervisor.
• Coordinate chapter activities and volunteer management, including annual reporting and meetings.
• Support the executive director with board operations and event logistics.
