Job summary

MCI Group in Washington, DC invites a Senior Coordinator Membership and Communities to support members, chapters and volunteers while delivering excellent service. You will manage the membership database, assist with events, and maintain community platforms—working with APHON’s chapters and the board.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), strong communication, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to provide member services in fast-paced environments.
• Organized, diligent, able to multi-task with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership system, including dues, registrations and member transactions.
• Provide high-quality member services and engagement via phone and email.
• Support membership recruitment, retention, recognition and campaigns.
• Support the compilation of monthly reports.
• Administer APHON chapters, meetings and reporting processes.
• Maintain the online community platform access for private groups.
• Coordinate account activities and client communications.
