Job summary

AMR Management Services is seeking a full-time remote Program Manager to oversee client programs, projects, and committees with significant responsibility. This role collaborates closely with executives, volunteers, and clients to ensure timely delivery of services and events.

The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent customer service and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Five years or more of related experience in a professional services context.
• Experience communicating and collaborating with external clients/customers.
• Excellent time management skills with multiple projects/priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensures programs, activities, and services meet service obligations.
• Serves as primary staff liaison to committees and assists goals/objectives.
• Manages podcasts and webinars with chairs.
• Administers the Association website content and analytics.
• Oversees online member community activities and updates.
• Develops partnerships with association contacts and sponsors.
• Manages association communications across print, online, and social media.
• Provides conference support and on-site coordination as needed.
• Works independently yet collaborates with volunteers and team members.
