Job summary

Association Acumen seeks an experienced Membership & Communications Manager to craft high-quality email and communications materials, and to create innovative strategies for recruiting and retaining members across two large international organizations.

The role includes managing membership surveys, renewals, chapters, conferences, webinars, and online education efforts, with a focus on data-driven improvements and excellent member relations. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with three years of experience in a communications/marketing environment.
• Proactive and ambitious with strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to learn and contribute to ongoing systems development and improvements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable to evolving environments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality email and other communications materials, including content generation and editing.
• Manage membership retention strategies and renewal communications; coordinate registration and inquiries.
