Talley Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Membership & Committee Manager for the American Headache Society client. This remote, full-time role focuses on membership operations, retention campaigns, and committee liaison work.

It requires strong analytics, detail orientation, and experience with AMS platforms. The role collaborates with the Account Executive, IT Systems Administrator, and client team to ensure data integrity, reporting and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in association management or similar corporate administration.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Suite, Canva, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership retention and acquisition cycles with data-driven insights.
• Develop retention campaigns and oversee implementation with the Membership Chair.
• Coordinate SIGs, committees, and correspondence, including minutes.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust messaging and segmentation.
• Ensure data integrity within the membership AMS and reporting.
