One Medical in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Member Support Specialist focused on the Senior Health population. You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming in-person experience and assisting with scheduling, billing, and outreach as needed.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and problem‑solving, with a strong focus on using our technology tools and delivering exceptional service to patients and teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in high touch customer or patient facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to adapt and persist through change under pressure.
• Proficiency with computers and multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Use C-I-CARE framework to ensure a fluid, positive in-office experience.
• Handle front-of-house duties including check-in/out and insurance verification.
• Support team development through rounding and team huddles.
• Master the technology suite (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to interact with patients and staff.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain office look and organization.
