Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in collaborative, feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk duties including check-in/check-out and insurance verification.
• Maintain a welcoming, on-brand lobby and patient experience.
• Support in-office providers and team with ad hoc requests.
• Utilize technology tools (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, EMR) to complete daily tasks.
• Routinely open/close the office and restock supplies.
