Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts.
• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Thrives in a data-driven organization focused on improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Partner with the care team and leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models for geriatric patients.
• Utilize the EHR to plan care for individual patients and maximize population impact.
• Operate in a team-based practice model with state-of-the-art facilities.
• Demonstrate leadership that values input and supports work-life balance.
