Visions Federal Credit Union is hiring a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist to build relationships, open accounts, and assist with consumer lending. The role is full-time and will primarily support the Shillington, PA branch while providing coverage at nearby locations as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience, or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a notary license within one year.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; 1–3 years in related roles preferred.
• Ability to obtain notary license within one year of starting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office tech.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted member relationships through personalized service and financial conversations.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts; support loan applications (excluding mortgages).
• Listen to members, resolve concerns, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals.
• Support branch operations including teller coverage with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Use Spanish-language skills to assist members and enhance understanding.
