Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist to help members open accounts, support lending needs, resolve concerns, and build meaningful relationships in Berks County communities including West Lawn, Reading, Shillington, Muhlenberg and Exeter.

This full-time role at the West Lawn Branch offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, and a compensation range of $21.00 to $25.50 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
• High school diploma and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a notary license within one year.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

Aufgaben

• Build trusted member relationships through thoughtful, personalized service and meaningful financial conversations.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts, and support consumer loan applications.
• Listen to members, resolve concerns, and recommend relevant solutions that support their financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including teller and Member Service Representative coverage, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn and grow in a supportive branch environment that allows for hands-on training and more one-on-one member interactions.
• Use your Spanish-language skills to help members feel understood, supported, and confident in their financial decisions.
• Obtain a notary license within one year; training is provided.
