Visions Federal Credit Union in Reading, PA is seeking a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) to deliver an exceptional member experience by building relationships and providing personalized financial support. You will handle accounts, loans, and daily branch operations on-site at our Shillington and nearby Berks County locations.

This role offers a $750 sign-on bonus, a Monday–Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, and a competitive hourly wage between $21.00 and

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required; a passing verbal assessment will be required during onboarding.
• High school diploma with 1–3 years of related experience.
• Notary license must be obtained within 1 year of acceptance.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficient with standard office equipment; adaptable and inclusive.
• Diversity and inclusion are valued; alternative education/experience considered.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Two to four years' experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts.
• Support consumer loan applications (excluding mortgages).
• Resolve complex member concerns and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services.
• Support branch operations including teller/MSR coverage.
• Provide notary services (training provided).
