Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist to help members achieve financial goals by opening accounts, supporting lending needs, resolving concerns, and building relationships. This bilingual, Spanish-speaking role serves Reading, Shillington, West Lawn, Muhlenberg, Exeter, and surrounding Berks County areas with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

The position is full-time at the West Lawn branch with 40 hours/week, some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish proficiency required; language assessment may apply.
• High school diploma required; related experience considered.
• Notary license within one year of starting the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships through personalized service and financial conversations.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts; support consumer loan applications excluding mortgages.
• Listen to members, resolve concerns, and recommend solutions that support financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including teller and M.S.R. coverage, with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn and grow in a supportive branch environment with hands-on training and more member interactions.
• Use Spanish-language skills to assist members and build confidence in financial decisions.
• Obtain a notary license within one year; training provided.
