Visions Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist at our Muhlenberg/Temple, PA location to deliver exceptional member service and financial guidance. This role focuses on building relationships, opening accounts, and guiding members through financial decisions.

You will train extensively and grow a long-term banking career within a member-focused environment, with a schedule that includes weekdays and rotating Saturdays.

Qualificações

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of related experience.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency is required.
• Obtain notary license within 1 year of accepting role.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts.
• Support consumer loan applications (excluding mortgages).
• Resolve complex member concerns and escalations.
• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services.
• Support branch operations including teller/MSR coverage.
• Provide notary services (training provided).
