Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1-3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted member relationships through personalized service and meaningful financial conversations.
• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts, and support consumer loan applications.
• Listen to members, resolve concerns, and recommend relevant solutions.
• Support branch operations, including teller and MSP coverage, with accuracy and detail.
• Learn and grow in a supportive branch environment with hands-on training and more member interactions.
• Utilize Spanish-language skills to help members feel understood and confident in their decisions.
• Obtain a notary license within one year; training is provided.
