Job summary

American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee meetings management technology and the build-out of registration and attendee management tools. This remote role drives configuration, support, and integration across platforms, working with internal teams to improve efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include managing SaaS platforms, lead data workflows, and delivering engaging attendee experiences while collaborating with IT, Procurement, and business units

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CMP preferred or equivalent certification advantageous.
• Experience with meetings/events technology (7–10+ years) and registration platforms.
• Knowledge of SaaS tools, data privacy, PCI awareness, and reporting.
• Experience in vendor/technology provider management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects within budget and schedule constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee meetings management technology and platform support, including configuration and issue resolution.
• Manage registration websites, lead attendee data workflows, reporting, and payments processing.
• Build and maintain registration sites and mobile apps with on-brand user experience.
• Develop relationships with technology vendors and ensure services meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardize QA, and mentor cross-functional teams.
