Job summary

The American Cancer Society is seeking a Senior Meetings Technology Manager to oversee our meetings management technology and related SaaS platforms. This role will support registration, attendee management, and integration work across internal teams to enhance efficiency and user experience.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive continuous improvement, and mentor cross-functional partners while delivering reliable, scalable meeting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CMP or Cvent certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years in meetings/events technology or related fields.
• Experience with registration platforms and event operations.
• Project management or Agile/Scrum familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage meetings management technology and platform support, including training, access, and integrations.
• Oversee registration websites, attendee data workflows, reporting and payment flows.
• Design and optimize attendee experience via registration sites and mobile apps.
• Manage supplier and technology provider relationships and vendor SLAs.
• Drive innovation and cross-functional support, standardize QA and process improvements.
