Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Meetings & Events to independently manage complex corporate meetings and incentive programs from start to finish. This fully remote role requires ownership, multitasking across programs, and meticulous attention to client experience.

The position emphasizes end-to-end planning, venue sourcing, and on-site execution with about 40% travel. CMP certification is preferred and 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on corporate meetings and incentive program management experience.
• Experience managing programs from planning through final reconciliation.
• Strong hotel, travel, F&B/BEO, vendor sourcing and on-site execution experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent client programs.
• Agency/meetings management or multi-client environment experience preferred.
• CMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple corporate meetings and incentive programs from planning through on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, timelines, deliverables and program communications.
• Manage detailed program logistics including hotel blocks, attrition, F&B, BEOs, travel, manifests, and on-site operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, specifications, run-of-show documents, and client communications.
• Source and manage hotels, venues, DMCs, transportation, production partners and other vendors.
• Develop, track, and reconcile program budgets, invoices, payments, and final reporting.
• Manage multiple programs and deadlines with high client service standards.
• Travel approximately 40% for site visits, program execution, and client events.
