Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Project Manager for Meetings & Events to own complex corporate programs from planning through reconciliation. This fully remote role includes travel about 40% to sites and client events.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, run-of-show, and client communications using Cvent, Monday.com, Slack, and MS Office. CMP certification is a plus and 5+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on corporate meetings and incentive program management.
• Experience managing programs from initial planning through final reconciliation.
• CMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple corporate meetings and incentive programs from planning through on-site execution and reconciliation.
• Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations, timelines, deliverables, and ongoing program communication.
• Manage detailed program logistics including hotel room blocks, attrition, food & beverage, BEOs, air and ground transportation, attendee manifests, and on-site operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, program specifications, run-of-show documents, and client communications.
• Source and manage hotels, venues, DMCs, transportation providers, production partners, and other vendors.
• Develop, track, and reconcile program budgets, invoices, vendor payments, and final financial reporting.
• Travel approximately 40% for site visits, program execution, and client events.
