Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager for Meetings & Incentives to coordinate complex programs, manage timelines, and build strong client partnerships in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with planning, sourcing, finance, and technology teams, review budgets and materials, monitor registrations, and support post-event analysis, with travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate meetings and incentives experience.
• Pharmaceutical meetings or account experience required.
• Strong background in client service, vendor sourcing, and contract negotiation.
• CMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple programs, keeping timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track.
• Partner with planning, sourcing, finance, and technology teams to resolve issues and anticipate risks.
• Prepare account performance reports and quarterly client review presentations.
• Review planning materials, supplier comparisons, budgets, and client presentations for accuracy.
• Monitor Cvent records, registration details, and program documentation.
• Support final billing reviews, reconciliation, and cost savings reporting.
• Participate in site inspections, onsite program delivery, and post-event reviews.

Program Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple programs, keeping timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track

• Ability to travel approximately 40% domestically and internationally, including some weekends
