Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Territory Account Manager to support the San Jose, CA territory in MedTech Sales. You will interact with established customers and develop new prospects to promote the ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses, applying knowledge of products and campaigns to close sales.

You will learn the company's policies, participate in training, and articulate value with a clinical yet financial focus, while meeting territory objectives and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of B2B and/or medical sales experience or equivalent.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Willingness to travel including overnight/weekend.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization to established customers and develop new prospects to sell ACUVUE Brand Contact Lenses.
• Apply broad knowledge of products, services and campaigns to close sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Understand customers' strategic priorities and translate them into solutions that meet medical and financial needs.
• Complete pre-call plans for accounts and learn company policies through training and field work.
• Articulate added value and manage inventory, pricing trends, and record-keeping of activities.
