Johnson & Johnson, a leader in MedTech, seeks a Senior Clinical Sales Specialist to support Baltimore, MD surgeons. You will guide technicians in the OR, ensure instrument readiness, and drive DPS sales while coordinating with sales, clinical, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience required.
• 2+ years in professional or relevant experience for CST/PT paths.
• 4+ years professional experience or recent military transition.
• Pathways include CST/PT or direct sales experience in MedTech.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with orthopedic cases.
• Advance DPS sales by representing the company at surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and address physician needs, manage hospital billing, and create/close POs.
• Share customer, procedural, and market insights with teams to improve solutions.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment/assets across the territory to ensure product availability.
• Ensure promotional materials are up-to-date and meet quality standards.
• Provide logistics support moving instruments, implants, and equipment between reps and hospitals.
