Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Assoc Degree or medical certification with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 4+ years in related field.

• Must be able to work in OR/lab environments and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the OR providing clinical and technical support.
• Attend surgeries to ensure proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, and marketing teams to improve service.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Deploy equipment/assets and ensure product availability across territory.
• Maintain promotional materials and meet quality standards.
