Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree or Medical Certification plus minimum of 2 years of professional and/or relevant experience, or 4 years experience, or recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.
• Must have a valid US driver's license and be willing to travel.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen skills required.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Advance DPS sales by serving as sole Company representative to provide direct customer support by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and functioning.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs; address customer requests; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and strategic teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports.
