• Independently guide surgeons in the OR, providing clinical and technical support.
• Support DPS sales by representing the company in surgeries and ensuring equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and manage hospital billing, purchase orders, and logistics.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing, and accounts teams to improve service levels.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation and asset management.
